After decades of gathering experience in leading positions in various industries and countries, I designed the Augmented Leadership (AL) methodology for you, vibrant new generation of leaders!

We all know that we run our organisations in an end-of-life-cycle way, with a 60% employee engagement rate and a 70% failure rate for transformation projects or start-ups. But few have solutions to reinvent it! Expensive consultants have made lots of slides, but how many implementations of sustainable change can we admire? I certainly see billions spent in band-aiding broken systems, with nothing but entropy as a result. For me it was time to think about new ways, after classic consulting has failed so much.

I am Rosho, your best enemy and your worst friend. My job is to tell you about reality and development, to rattle your illusions, not to please you.

I started trying new things and some worked out fine, became increasingly successful and fast to implement. I believe now that leaders can and will profit from my research and try-and-fail proven method. I promise fantastic benefits, in many unexpected ways, in your professional as well as in your personal life, if you follow, use and adapt this teaching to your own life.

The Integral Approach

What are the main reasons why we fail so much to operate purposeful, profitable organisations, with happy people and satisfied customers?

Because we mostly look at certain isolated aspects of an increasingly complex reality, and neglect to see the big picture or even deny it. Broader worldviews, often described as connectedness can be realised by people upon a certain stage of maturity. Below that level, people only see fractions or heavily filtered tainted reality. This is not a question of intelligence, education, and certainly not of good will, but just a result of natural stages of evolution. Like a snail can never run, a dog needs to bark, a sheep needs to follow other sheep.

There is no point in trying to change the nature of people, but we can find a way to address every level and make good usage of it. Nor is there a point in “breaking” silos, but to making them work together in harmony. If you understand this as a leader, you and your people will thrive and do their best, just by themselves, no pressure needed.

By integrating such evolved worldviews with the amazing possibilities of contemporary data visualisation, ontology heat maps, digital collaboration and communication tools, you are a truly Augmented Leader. That is what I teach.

Consulting is dead, vive le Coaching!

Classic consulting is not dead, consultants will still make good money, I am just a little provocative here. Managers will still pay m/billions to the big firms, to give the shareholders the illusion of a fine strategy. I call it a “tradegy”, compression of tragedy and strategy, as most of the failures are the result of a blind, deaf and non-integral approach.

What I mean is that the classic way of consulting does not bring enough sustainable results. In an agile organisation, consultants are just entropy. The coaching approach is a change process on a timeline, not a one-shot operation with slides as a deliverable. A coach will want to see the change over time, not just come with a ready-made solution in an excel sheet, copy/pasted from the past clients, write an invoice and go to the next customer. A coach will want the client to win the season, not just the game, develop a long term vision.
