We are active on three continents, with a core team of two founders, three employees and freelancers as required. We provide major transformation programs for global companies, technology and business studies for governments, innovation, digital transformation and security services for SMEs, and training/coaching for managers and operational professionals. Our four-language (DE, EN, FR, JP) team has over 100 years of international professional experience.
We use the principles and tools of the Scaled Agile® Framework (SAFe) as transformation coaches and governance consultants and value our current status as a Bronze Partner of Scaled Agile Inc., Boulder, Colorado, USA.
We currently offer many courses from our Managing Partner Rosho and the Director of the Academy , Otmar Jenner . Both are certified SAFe Program Consultants ( SPC ).
